I have exercised regularly since I was teenager, I love the feeling of physical exertion, and the strength that comes from weight training. When I was 35, I realized that I was exercising all the time and I never looked any better, I was just maintaining my physique. I belonged to a gym and I did the “circuit training,” on the machines. I went to aerobics classes but it wasn’t enough. When I finally hired a Trainer I quickly achieved results. Within three months I noticed changes in my body, within six months everyone noticed these changes. I increased my strength and self-confidence dramatically.
In addition to weight training and cardio workouts, I enjoy outdoor activities. I love downhill, and cross country skiing, water skiing, kayaking, and traveling with my husband and daughters. My favorite activity is downhill skiing out west, I love being outside all day, and I love the mountains.
